Exciting News: My New Role as Player Development Coach at Watford CSE!
I’m incredibly proud to share that I have recently accepted the position of Player Development Coach at Watford FC Community Sports & Education Trust (CSE)!
This opportunity is a huge step in my football coaching journey. Working with a club that has such a strong reputation for developing players, both on and off the pitch, is something I’m truly excited about. The Trust’s commitment to providing high-quality coaching and creating positive opportunities in the community perfectly aligns with my own coaching philosophy.
The role allows me to continue to grow Go Football Academy at my current centres as well as develop and demonstrate my coaching abilities at a fantastic football club!
In my new role, I’ll be focused on helping young players improve their technical, tactical, physical, and psychological skills. It’s not just about developing better footballers — it’s about building confident, resilient individuals who love the game. I’m passionate about supporting players at every stage of their journey and helping them unlock their full potential.
I’m looking forward to working alongside some fantastic coaches, learning from the environment at Watford CSE, and bringing everything I learn back into my work with my own academy too.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far — this is just the beginning!
