These terms apply when you book coaching with Go Football Academy and when you use this website. Please read them before booking. If you have a question about anything here, please ask us before you book.
1. About us
Go Football Academy is a youth football coaching business based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. It is the trading name of Farhan Kharawala, a sole trader. You can contact us at farhan@gofootball.academy or on 07539 793111. "We", "us" and "our" mean Go Football Academy. "You" means the parent or carer who books, and "your child" means the player.
2. Booking
- Bookings must be made by a parent or carer aged 18 or over.
- A booking is confirmed when we confirm it to you by email, WhatsApp or text.
- When you book, please tell us about any medical condition, allergy, injury or additional need your child has, and give us an emergency contact. Please keep these up to date.
- Sessions are for the age groups shown on our website. We may suggest a different session if one is a better fit for your child.
3. Free trial
Your child's first Group Coaching session is free where we offer a trial. There is no obligation to continue afterwards. We may limit free trials to one per child.
4. Prices and payment
Current prices are shown on our Plans & Prices page. Prices may change, but a change will not affect anything you have already paid for, and we will give you at least one month's notice before changing a monthly membership.
- Group Coaching membership: paid monthly in advance. It continues each month until you cancel.
- Pay As You Play: paid before the session.
- 1-2-1 Coaching: a block of 4 sessions is paid in advance and should be used within 8 weeks of the first session. Single sessions are paid before the session.
- Termly and yearly plans and special offers: paid in full in advance, at the discounted price shown when you book.
- Holiday Bootcamps and events: paid when you book your place. Early bird prices are available for a limited time only.
5. Cancelling (what "cancel any time" means)
- Group Coaching membership: there is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by telling us before your next monthly payment is due. You will not be charged again, and your child can attend until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part months.
- 1-2-1 sessions: to move a session, please give us at least 24 hours' notice and we will rearrange it. With less notice, the session may count as used.
- Holiday Bootcamps and events: if you cancel at least 14 days before the start, we will refund you in full. After that, we can move your place to another date or child, but we cannot give a refund unless we can fill the place.
- Termly and yearly plans: because these are discounted, they are not refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period below, but we will always talk to you if your circumstances change, for example a long-term injury.
- Missed sessions: sessions your child misses are not refunded. Let us know in advance and we will do our best to help, for example with a place in another session.
6. Your 14-day right to cancel
If you book by phone, email, WhatsApp or online, the law gives you 14 days from the date of booking to cancel and get a refund. If you ask us to start coaching within those 14 days, we may deduct the cost of any sessions already provided. To cancel, just tell us clearly by email or message.
7. If we cancel or change a session
Occasionally we may need to cancel or move a session, for example because of bad weather, an unsafe pitch, a venue closing or coach illness. We will tell you as early as we can. We will then offer you a replacement session or a credit, or a refund for that session if neither suits you. We may change venues, times or coaches when needed, and will tell you in advance.
8. Health, safety and behaviour
- Football is a physical sport and involves some risk of injury. Our coaches are first aid trained and sessions are planned with safety in mind.
- Your child should arrive in suitable kit: sports clothes, the right boots for the surface, shin pads and a water bottle.
- Please don't send your child to a session if they are ill or injured, and tell us about any injury before the session starts.
- You are responsible for your child before and after the session. Please drop off and collect on time, and tell us if someone else is collecting.
- We expect respectful behaviour from players, parents and spectators, in line with our Anti-Bullying Policy and the FA Respect code. We may ask a player to leave a session, or end a booking, if behaviour puts others at risk. Our Child Protection Policy explains how we keep children safe.
9. Performance tracking
1-2-1 sessions use wearable boot sensors to record performance data, which we share with you. The sensors are ours unless you have bought your own, and please take care of them during the session. How we handle this data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Photos and videos
We may film or photograph sessions for coaching feedback. We will only use images of your child on our website, social media or YouTube if you have given consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. Please respect other families' privacy when taking your own photos or videos at a session.
11. Our responsibility to you
We will provide our coaching with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to sessions. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
12. Using this website
- We keep the information on this website as accurate and up to date as we can, but dates, times and prices can change. The details we confirm when you book are the ones that apply.
- The content on this website, including text, photos, videos, logos and training programmes, belongs to Go Football Academy or is used with permission. You may use it for your own personal use, but not copy, sell or republish it without our written permission.

- Please don't misuse the website, for example by sending spam through our forms or trying to interfere with how it works.
13. Complaints
If you are unhappy with anything, please tell Farhan as soon as possible on 07539 793111 or at farhan@gofootball.academy. We will do our best to put it right.
14. Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you book apply to that booking, and we will tell you about any change that affects an ongoing membership. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim there.
